Welcome to Translate All - Text&Photo (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). Before using the App, please read this User Agreement carefully and thoroughly. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the developer of Translate All - Text&Photo regarding your use, installation, and continued operation of the App. If you do not agree with any clause of this agreement, you should immediately stop using the App.
1. Service Description
The App is a mobile translation tool offering features such as text translation, voice recognition, and image translation. These services may be provided for free and may include in-app advertisements.
We reserve the right to update, optimize, or adjust the App’s functionality. The translations and outputs provided are for reference only and do not constitute formal advice or guarantees.
2. User Accounts
The current version of the App does not require users to register an account in order to access core features. You can use the translation services without providing personal information such as name, phone number, or email.
If future versions introduce optional features like personalization or saving history, we will inform you clearly in advance and fully comply with applicable privacy laws and policies to protect your rights.
3. User Conduct
1. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App. You shall not:
- Upload or distribute illegal, infringing, obscene, or harmful content;
- Use the App to attack or disrupt systems or services;
- Use automation tools to extract data or interfere with ad delivery;
- Infringe upon others’ legal rights, including intellectual property and privacy.
2. If you violate any of the above, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and may pursue legal responsibility where applicable.
4. Intellectual Property
1. All content in the App, including text, images, audio, and code, belongs to the App or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior authorization.
2. “Translate All - Text&Photo”, its logo, and related branding elements are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
5. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
1. The App may display third-party ads or contain external links for monetization purposes. The content of such ads is the sole responsibility of the advertisers.
2. When you access third-party services or sites, please assess their legality and safety independently. We are not liable for third-party service content.
6. Disclaimer
1. While we strive to maintain stable and secure services, we are not liable for:
- Service interruption due to force majeure, cyberattacks, or system failures;
- User misuse or third-party misconduct;
- Translation results deviating from actual language meaning.
7. Agreement Modification and Termination
1. We may revise this agreement in accordance with legal or operational changes. Updates will be communicated via the App interface or pop-up notifications.
2. Your continued use of the App following updates indicates your acceptance.
3. If you disagree with the updated agreement, you may uninstall the App. We also reserve the right to terminate access for violations of this agreement.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court in the developer’s jurisdiction.
